The order of articles from the website www.sutanpu.com is linked to the acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.

1. Price

All our prices indicated for each product are expressed in Euros including VAT (all taxes included) excluding participation in shipping costs. They may vary according to the monetary fluctuations of the various stakeholders. Invoicing is made according to the rate in effect at the time of the order.

2. Validation and Order

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
It is up to the user to verify the accuracy of the order and report any errors. The Sutanpu company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order with a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.

The Sutanpu company reserves the right to replace the missing goods with a product of equivalent quality.

The photos of the items offered for sale are not contractual.

3. Payment by Paypal / Credit Card

Payments are made by credit card bearing the initials CB, VISA card, Eurocard Mastercard. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email. The Site is secure thanks to:

SSL (SECURE SOCKETS LAYER) encryption technology which encrypts the information of the transmission

the encryption functions of the Internet user's browser (to be able to benefit from the SSL secure payment method, the User must imperatively use browsers compatible with the SSL system)

the PayPal secure online payment system which allows the direct connection of the Internet user's computer to the Bank Card center for processing and the authorization request.

The transaction is carried out according to the security standards of the banking sector.

Once the payment has been made, it is the responsibility of the user to save and keep the certificate relating to the bank details of the transaction.

Sutanpu disclaims all liability in the event of a dispute between the user and PayPal.

In order to ensure the security of payments during transactions on its Site, to avoid fraud and thus to protect its Customers, Sutanpu may be required to process data in order to control, or have controlled by its sub - processing orders placed on its Sites, as well as verifying the regularity of the information transmitted to it when ordering. This verification involves the processing of certain data, in particular of a personal nature, collected through the Site in accordance with the Personal Data Policy. The Sutanpu company reserves the right, in the event of non-compliance with the payment conditions listed above, to suspend or cancel the delivery of orders in progress made by the Customer. Additional information may be requested by Sutanpu to finalize the order.

4.Delivery costs

The delivery costs will be visible before validation of the order.

5. Delivery

Shipments of goods are made by Colissimo at home.

For metropolitan France, delivery times are a maximum of 3 working days. The Sutanpu company cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. However, if the announced deadline is exceeded by more than 10 days and except in cases of force majeure, the customer may request the cancellation of the order and the reimbursement of the sums paid.

The products will be delivered in mainland France, including Corsica to the delivery address provided by the user when ordering on the site. A single delivery address must be chosen by the user when ordering.

6. Rights and deadlines for withdrawal

The withdrawal period granted to the customer on the purchase of the products, within the framework of the law, is 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products. During this period, the customer may return, at his own expense, without further penalties, the product or products that do not suit him.

The customer may choose between either the reimbursement of the sums paid in return for the reshipment of the product(s), or the exchange of the product(s) ordered.

It is understood that the product(s) returned at the customer's expense must be intact, unused, AND undamaged, even partially.

The risks associated with the return of the product rest with the customer. If the product is lost by the carrier during this shipment, the customer is solely responsible and cannot be reimbursed by Sutanpu.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company Sutanpu is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 28 working days from the day on which the right of withdrawal was exercised or after recovery of the goods or after sending proof of reshipment of these goods. Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer.

7. After-sales service

No goods will be taken back or exchanged beyond the period of 14 days (fourteen days) from the date of delivery. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any return or exchange must be made in its original packaging. Any damaged or incomplete product will not be returned or exchanged.

9. Intellectual Property

All texts, comments, illustrations and images reproduced on the website www.sutanpu.com are reserved under copyright as well as under Intellectual property. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only use for private use subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code is authorized. 10. Applicable law - Disputes

This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
